We are excited to offer an opportunity to tour our new facility and to learn more about how we are improving the quality of work for our employees and developing ways to increase our involvement in the community.

Protégé is celebrating our 35^th year of providing skilled and semi-skilled construction workers (sheet metal, pipefitters, plumbers, electrical, and general laborers) to assist contractors to build and renovate commercial and industrial buildings in the Triad area and throughout the Southeast. We have a team of 100 employees that work by project assignment on construction projects. Many of our employees qualify for our full-time benefits program. We are pleased to be a qualified M/WBE (Minority & Women’s Business Enterprise) with HUB certification company.

Protégé values our commitment to community involvement and is an active member of Associated Builders and Contractors of the Carolinas, Connect for Success NC, Goodwill BAC, NC Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association, and Winston Salem Chamber of Commerce.
