What made you decide to take the leap into opening your own small business?
We wanted to provide a unique fitness experience for our clients. Quality is very important to us. We knew that we could provide a fun, safe and effective fitness experience for everyone.
What have been some of the risks and rewards?
The fitness industry is one of the fastest-growing markets. Not to mention one of the most saturated industries. Without risk, there is no reward. We wake up every morning knowing that we are going to make a positive change for someone. Not many professions allow you to focus on HELP FIRST. We are honored to have that opportunity.
What advice do you have for other people who want to start a business?
Passion equals profit.
Follow your heart and help first. You will be rewarded.
Company Bio:
Amplitude Fitness was established in 2011. Our founding Partners are Sebastian Cervar, Justin Plummer, and Josh Coleman. We believe in providing a fun, safe and effective fitness routine. We also believe that there is more than one way to do this. Our unique approach will work for most anyone. We have been blessed with working with all types of people, young and old, and at all fitness levels up to Olympians. Last year we had the honor of working with Kathleen Baker, an Olympic medalist. It is equally exciting to hear someone say “I am the only person my age (86) that can still carry a large bag of potting soil” and then the next week watch Kathleen Baker win an Olympic Medal. We are blessed with the opportunity to make this world a better place!
