Bank OZK (NASDAQ: OZK) will host a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, September 17 at 3 p.m., for a newly constructed banking office in Winston-Salem at 1230 Creekshire Way.

Situated in the growing Hanes Mall retail corridor, the new Winston-Salem banking office has 10,334 square feet of office space and includes four teller windows, 18 offices, safe deposit boxes, two drive-thru banking lanes and a drive-thru ATM. The building was designed by Progressive|AE of Charlotte and built by Fourth Elm Construction of Kernersville, N.C.

“With Bank OZK’s new regional office, our facility will provide space for future growth,” said Joe Carroll, Bank OZK Winston-Salem Market President. “Bank OZK is conveniently located for clients throughout Winston-Salem and western Forsyth County. Our innovative lobby provides video marketing boards detailing existing and new product offerings and is staffed with professional and experienced bankers.”

Bank OZK entered the North Carolina market in 2001 and now has 24 branches throughout the state, said Terri Guthrie, president of Bank OZK’s North Carolina Division.

“This new location provides a state of the art building, including meeting rooms for community events, and easy access to our clients,” Guthrie said. “In conjunction with the opening of the new Winston-Salem Branch, the bank will launch a 250 Reasons to Switch campaign.”
