A new Residence Inn by Marriott opens in Winston-Salem

BPR Properties, the High Point-based hotel developer, is opening its new Residence Inn by Marriott in Winston-Salem, said Birju Patel, president of the company.

The 108-suite hotel, which is located at 3885 Oxford Station Way, was announced in 2014. It was originally reported that the project would cost $12 million. The hotel is located near Hanes Mall.
