Lucia Chiropractic Clinic is proud to announce the addition of a new Chiropractor to their team. Dr. Dustin Houser began at Lucia Chiropractic Clinic September 2016. After covering for Dr. Lucia for some time, he is now partnering with Dr. Lucia to help more patients.

Dr. Houser is a North Carolina native, born and raised in the rolling hills of Morganton, NC, only 75 miles West of Winston Salem. He attended Appalachian State University where he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, with a concentration in Pre-professional studies, and minors in Biology and Psychology. He went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at National University of Health Sciences, attending both of their campuses in Florida and in Illinois. He is now happy to be back in his home state providing excellent chiropractic care to the residents and those visiting the Winston-Salem area.

“It is good to be back in North Carolina, after a 4 year absence. I am excited to offer a fresh perspective on chiropractic to my fellow North Carolinians in the Winston Salem and Triad area,” Dr. Houser states. “I am thankful for Dr. Lucia and his staff for this amazing opportunity, and I look forward to learning and growing with them, as we try to maximize our outreach and help as many people as possible.”

Along with safe and effective spinal adjustments, Dr. Houser also offers extremity adjustments, flexion/distraction, drop techniques, soft tissue manual therapies, instrument assisted adjusting and soft tissue manipulation, end-range loading exercises, and kinesiology taping. His professional interests are in sports medicine, rehab, radiology, diet, nutrition, and life-style counseling. His personal interests are music, sports, and outdoor activities with his girlfriend and his dog.
